   ‼️"owner" of this must respond..Worst behaviour of staff.Suppose to close the store at 11:00 pm sharp but they close the store 10:50 pm and not let anyone in even to buy a pack of chicken or milk bottle.They are always in a rush to go home by closing doors early and start cleaning early..Business struggling to make money these days as there are no customers in but this store stafff are very dishonest to the brand and dont encourge customers to buy the needs ..request to check cctv of closing times as security guard was in rush to go home always arrogant towards other customers ..I took time review this as i know the value of customer service .once customer is gone and its very hard to bring them back around many competetors around welcome well.Please see pictures attached to this as a proof of visit.

   Shockingly Unprofessional Security Staff Visited this Tesco on 11/11/25 around 8:30 PM, and the security guard’s behaviour was completely unacceptable. He falsely accused me of theft without any reason or evidence, then stared at me in an aggressive, intimidating manner. He came across as completely unprofessional, rude, and totally out of control, I honestly questioned whether he was sober, as his behaviour was erratic and inappropriate. Tesco seriously needs to review who they’re hiring to represent their store.

   Quality slipping! . All pricing is wrong and none of the offers ever come off. Doors don’t open properly. Bakery is often empty. Staff is ok, but not enough of them in the store. Can Tesco actually fix up!

   I regret to inform you that my recent visit to this Tesco store on the evening of October 21st, 2025, was one of the most disappointing experiences I have encountered. The customer service was exceptionally poor, and the conduct of the person in charge was notably unprofessional. It is my belief that Tesco would benefit from enhanced staff training, particularly in the areas of customer service and effective communication. A more courteous and customer-focused approach would significantly improve the overall experience for patrons. Tesco has long been regarded as a brand that values both its customers and employees, but if service standards continue to decline, I fear this may have a negative impact on the company’s reputation and future success. Even though this is my local store, this recent experience has left me hesitant to return. I trust that Tesco will take this feedback seriously and work towards ensuring that such disappointing experiences are not repeated.

   Nowadays this Cranbrook road Tesco food are getting spoiled very quickly. It happened more than 3 times that I bought fresh and ready to eat boiled eggs with long life (long expiry date) but every time when I start eating it's smells like hell as if it's spoiled. This is even not with eggs, with other fresh and ready to eat foods such as Sandwiches, wraps, pasta sushi and other foods as well. Also they do not have much stocks of sandwiches, however the ones they have is all pork/ham/bacon, which many people do not eat. I have been a regular customer of this Tesco for the last 3/4 years but from now I not going to buy any food from this Tesco any more. Not recommended this Cranbrook road Tesco.

   If you want a proper shop, this might not be the place. But for a few quick items, you can't really complain about the selection. I don't know if it's "all opening hours", but they have a guard on duty helping to manage the flow of traffic and have installed lights on the outside (Green for Go; Red for Stop). It's just too bad that so much of the surrounding population is either too ignorant or too selfish to pay attention and consider other shoppers (though it is quite likely a rather equal share of both qualities). The staff are always friendly and willing to help. And, more often than not, you receive a welcoming smile. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that you can always find someone begging outside the door and, unfortunately, I don't think Tesco Express staff have the authority to do anything about it.

   The staff are horrible. Went in there with a friend. Was constantly watched by security guard. As we went to leave, we were stopped because she "thought" I was stealing. And went through my pockets. I understand that she's doing her job but I felt so humiliated. I was falsely accused.

   Rude staff. I go for shopping everyday. Sometimes they are not saying hi.sometimes they are not even saying bye. Sometimes they are not replying even you are saying hi to them. The way they are serving you. They make you feel like you are cheap. Their security gaurd is always standing very close to the tills and they are looking at you like you are pro shoplifter. No smiles on their faces. I have never seen such a bad customer services. I think store manager is responsible for all of this.
