    The place itself is ok. But there is no parking on site & no facilities. The main reason I dislike the place is because fuel theft is rife. It's not a safe area to park. If the thieves don't get your fuel the joy riders will keep you awake at night racing their cars up & down the estate. It's a bad area to stop.

    Do this place quite regularly and staff are very helpful and friendly we only pick up loaded trailers here so not sure about tipping. If we bring in a load for tipping we only drop it. Shunters are great in here.

    The place is a disgrace. I've been in to deliver stock there on multiple occasions along with fellow drivers and I think only once was anyone in there less that 4 hours. I was put on a bay for an hour and a half before they decided they wanted me on a different bay. If you want to talk to anyone you have to ring a doorbell at the office and hope someone turns up. When you ask how long you will be, you just get a shrug and told "dunno". NEXT is one of Britain's biggest companies but can't seem to get stock off a trailer in less that 4/5 hours. Madness.

    Unimpressed as my sofa has been lost of an incorrect delivery was set up and now it’s disappeared! Not sure how a large recliner can just disappear!
