   The majority of staff are lovely. However the lady woth the glasses is so rude all the time. Not nice to go for medication and receive such rudeness. Going to have to start going back the next day when she's not there as I'm fed up with her attitude. More people say the same and going to start asking them to leave a review with hope that somethings gets done about her

   Be nice if you could have updated patients that you were closing. Nothing like leaving us stranded with no medication, having to call 111 for an emergency script. Bit negligent don't you think? Had my prescription for a week with no notification when it would be done, only to find out that it hadn't even been processed which would have given me the option to take it elsewhere.

   Had a very distressing experience here where my privacy and confidentiality were breached. Unprofessional, rude and aggressive pharmacist - someone you should be able to seek advice from. Terrible. The other pharmacy staff seem lovely.
