Quick, pleasant & efficient service. Welcomed in the door by friendly gentleman who took me straight to the treatment room to fill in a few necessary details, a quick flu jab and all done. No waiting or queueing so would happily visit again.
I always come to cohens to collect mine and my mother’s prescriptions and always receive excellent service. I have just been up to cohens chemist to receive my flu jab which came with impeccable service. I have a fear of needles and the pharmacist made me feel extremely comfortable. As i walked in i got welcomed in by lots of energy and it’s really nice because everyone knows you. Like a big family. 10/10 i recommend big thumbs up from me!
The chemist is usually busy when I call in for my prescription but like everywhere you have to wait your turn and I don’t have to wait long as the team are very quick and professional, Neelam especially stands out she’s such a lovely lady always friendly and helpful
I've used Cohen's Chemist in Dodworth to pick up my repeat Prescription for many many years. I get a text notification on my phone to say my prescription is ready and I just pop in, confirm my details and pick up my prescription - Simple & fast! The staff have always been extremely helpful, friendly and polite. They're also very efficient at their jobs - what more do you want from your local Chemist? 10/10

Shocking service, self important staff who think they are better than other key workers, can't even follow their own policy & procedures in this vital time, I wouldn't trust them with a bottle of water never mind important medication
Staff are stressed out and ratty... Perscriptions not ready when picking up.. When asking how long perscriptions will be the answe is always 5 or 10 minutes... But your always waiting 30 minutes plus... chemist staff are complaining they hate working for this company and its now showing through to their customers
Al say a long wait for your medication to be dispenced that's if they have got it in stock, nearly every month there us 1 or 2 items missing from my repeat prescription
