   I went into today to get Afew things I needed for the weekend and this included a comb and when I got to check out the lady who served me was very rude and very cheeky which I found was very unprofessional she asked my for ID for the comb which I don’t see why my ID is needed for this and I told her I didn’t have my physical ID on me and she refused to serve me and told me I would not be able to come back and purchase it even with my physical ID on me even though I’m 20 years old and I don’t look under 18.

   Went into Superdrug Barnsley today to buy Aloe Vera after walking round shop 4 times & unable to find what I wanted went to pharmacy counter but was unmanned after waiting a reasonable time went to walk out saw member of staff who gave me a choice of 2 aisles, which I had already been down still couldn't find what I wanted. Then asked a lady who seemed to be in charge who asked what I wanted it for to be told they only had gel (which as it turns out is what I wanted) but at this stage I gave up & went to Holland & Barratt who gave me advice & showed me to shelf I needed. Superdrug not so super & customer service zero. If someone asks you if you have something in stock at least show them where it is so they can make a choice. Will use boots or Holland & Barrett in future.

   This is a nice shop and its well stocked but the staff really need some customer service training. The woman who served me today was far more interested in continuing her conversation with her colleagues than serving me. She never looked at me or engaged with me and at the end just put the receipt on the counter. It doesn't encourage me to go back.

   Would give 1000000 stars if possible to the beautiful blonde lady who works on the pharmacy. She went out of her way to get me my medication over the jubilee weekend when other pharmacies couldn't be bothered. She has literally saved my life as I am type 1 diabetic. She deserves a medal, a pay rise and a gold crown.

   Absolutely amazing pharmacy staff! The lovely blonde lady who works here went above and beyond to ensure my partner had all medication needed over the Jubilee Bank Holiday, whereas other pharmacies didn't even attempt to help. This lady has saved my partners life. Would have given 100 stars if possible.

   The cashier I dealt with at the perfume counter was so knowledgeable, helpful, patient and caring. Nothing was too much hassle for her. That lady's name was / is Jill lol. Hats off to her. She deserves a huge bonus! Godsend. I wish more cashier staff were like her.
