   Good store with a wide range of products and great prices. The range in this store is exceptional but the only room for improvement is queuing time for the till as this can be and is often very long. Otherwise the store is clean and tidy and there are always plenty of staff available to help. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

   Today I went as usually with my baby in pram to buy some necessaries. At cashier black man came to cashier lady and said something, she asked me if I took phone charger, I declined. At the first I didn’t even understand why she’s asking. After I paid for all, tall, black man stopped me in a doors, showed some ID and saying that I took phone charger from a shelf put in a baby bag without paying. I was surprised, because I was browsing watch straps, looking for my size, took it to till and paid, I explained everything. He started mentally pushing me, saying that I steel phone charger, CCTV cameras recorded everything, then I asked him to show me proof that I steel something. He continued pushing me that I don’t need to argue, because he saw that I steel phone charger. Excuse me, why someone unknown abusing me saying I’m steeling, without any proofs? People around was looking at me, it’s so stressing, I was with 6 months old baby in a pram and someone saying I’m shop lifter. I showed him phone strap, which I paid. Nothing else I got, but he was so rude saying about CCTV. I understand, that there are a lot of shop lifters now, but it’s unacceptable that unknown person assures I’m shop lifter without any proofs. I went out with shaking hands, he’s not even a security in a shop, he was dressed as normal citizen. This is unacceptable at all, after this Incident I won’t go back to this shop. This man must learn first how to work properly and communicate with people.

   Shops fine, some of the staff need to smile and be more polite, I was served by some spotty kid the other day mumbling, I got no please, no thank you, nothing, the guy obviously hates his job.

   The staff in this branch are superb. Friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile. It's a shame that the availability of products is inconsistent. But what they do have is always great value.

   Best home bargains I’ve come across in a while. Massive store, very well stocked. Helpful staff, I could tell they cared about the store and the layout. Amazing selection of house plants, DIY items and general toiletries etc.
