I regret I cannot join with others who have praised this pharmacy. I found them rude and insolent – especially the pharmacist himself. I also felt it very possible that they were a leaky ship when it came to the information they held about about you. When I asked about their privacy policy, no one could answer my question – the assistant who served me did not even appear to appreciate the importance of such a question and simply offered an embarrassed laugh. In my hearing I heard details of medication being dispensed for individuals – and their names were audible. When my script was handed to me, I felt as if I had committed some sort of crime. I will not visit their again. I am seriously considering making a formal complaint their regulatory body.
If it wasn't for this pharmacy I would of died literally as doctors was not interested in seeing me with my very bad chest infection which lasted a week. I got antibiotics and I am now feeling little better. Thank you Clarks Chemist!

I came up to Penistone with my family for my daughters wedding, unfortunately my husband was taken ill. I love this shop. The staff are all lovely. The speed of the prescription dispensing is the best I have ever known. The shop is like an Aladdin’s cave with everything you could want. I could literally spend all day browsing but they are so quick with the prescriptions I never have enough time. I have collected parcels from there and even had 2 of the staff carry my parcel to my car as it was so heavy. They really are so friendly and helpful.
