   Ordered a travel cot mattress on express delivery. Unfortunately DHL were unable to deliver the next working day but the day after. Item delivered with no issues. Sue kept me updated on the phone and via email. Great customer service - polite and friendly. Product arrived as described. Would definitely recommend.

   Purchased a Silvercross Wave replacement matress. It didn't fit so I sent it back costing me £12 postage on top of my purchase. Its been recieved over 2 weeks now as I sent it tracked. Still haven't recieved refund and Sue hasn't replied to the last 2 emails sent. I even sent a photo of the parcel being recieved and who signed for it. Not impressed

   I ordered the wrong pram mattress which was too small. I emailed Nurseryworld and they advised me which one would be best, advised to return wrong one and they would send me correct one. They done exactly what they said. I found the service excellent and would definately use them again.

   Purchased a crib, order was cancelled by the store due to shipping restrictions over Brexit. Completely understood. Told I’d be refunded. Emailed 3 times now chasing refund, no response, have now sent a msg on Instagram. I have a baby on the way & no crib or refund to purchase another. Applying for charge back through card company. Nightmare. No customer service skills.

   TO ALL MUMS PLEASE LISTEN - AWFUL COMPANY!!!! DO NOT USE. Pram purchased through amazon, not fit for purpose, baby slipping out the front facing part. Company refusing to give me a refund, even though amazon are telling them to. Shoddy company. Emails are unprofessional. Products are rubbish! if you want your baby to be safe, go elsewhere!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD

   I purchased a pram mattress on Amazon from here which unfortunately didn't fit, Sue went above and beyond liaising with me to find out the exact model of my pram so she could find me the correct one. I am sooo grateful for all of her help and I now have a fabulous new mattress. Thank you so very much xx
