Place is a shambles, never open on time, never any staff, reduced section full of unreduced items, when there is staff they're always moaning about the other staff members that work there, place should be shut down to allow a small business or a few small businesses a place to rent

Got served by a lovely young woman, very positive attitude and bubbly personality. Had a great chat.
This Tesco never has bags on the self checkout - you will always have to ask a member of staff for a bag, which is inconvenient considering the staff is never at the till. The meal deal section for sandwiches is very poor - they hardly ever have any salads, pastas or subs, especially ham and cheese.
I had a pleasant experience in this little store. The store looked clean and the ware was well placed on the shelves. Also the staff was nice and really helpful.
Staff seem allergic to working the till, they try their up most to push you to the self service and avoid serving like the plauge! There are staff that seem unable to stand and stack shelves so sprawl them shelves across the floor taking up a majority of the floor space so you literally have to step over or walk the long way around as they won't move, no one is on hand near the tills to serve leaving you shouting out for service. If you look hard enough there are alway 2 memebers of staff just out of sight of the tills in spitting distance of each other talking about there social lives or the days events. I'm no kill joy and appreciate you need abit of social at work but if they paid half as much attention to the customers as they do talking I wouldn't be writing this negative review.
Dishonest delivery driver said he attempted to deliver my order at 9pm last night. I have CCTV which proves he didn't!! He did not call as he said he did, I have screen shots to prove this. Disgusting customer service. I waited until past midnight for the delivery and my kids have not had breakfast. Do not use Tesco delivery in Gravesend area. They frequently deliver at midnight when you have selected 9-10pm delivery. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
