   Bloke behind the till was utterly incompetent. He refused to release a package to me despite having ID as his scanner was unable to scan the bar code. He didn't want to override the system and kept saying in poor English that it was my problem and that I had to contact Yodel. Gave up trying to get my package after 10 mins and reordered to a different retailer which had no problems.

   The man who works here is incredibly rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. A lady who is about 80 walked in to collect a parcel and said hello and he just blanked her then started barking orders at her. Fair enough if she had been rude to him but she had been polite and friendly. The guy needs to get another job that makes him happy if that's his attitude to customers. Either that or stop providing parcel services if you can't do them properly. Am never getting a parcel sent here again.

   The man that works there is horrible, and very rude, unhelpful and disrespectful towards women!! My nan went in there to return a parcel and he refused to help her. She never has used the machine before, and asked him politely if he could help and he said no. I then went in the shop trying to return it, asked him to help and he said it wasnt his problem and for me to help myself. I had an argument with him as he was being completely disrespectful!!

   Thanks for not being open at 07:10am this morning, I had loads of parcels to send back to Next and I left early to come to you only to find you were closed! Please don't say you are open at 07:00am if you can't honour it !!!!

   Came to drop off a parcel before 10pm. It's 21:25 and it's closed. Everything online says it's opened. I'm quite upset as I needed this parcel to arrive next day.
