   I rarely write any negative reviews but don't bother getting any In Post parcels sent here. I received a notification to say it's been delivered. To be honest, I don't really understand what happened but they told me Yodel aren't sending them parcels and to try on Monday. I went back on the Monday and they said "I told you we are having problems with Yodel" like I was unnecessarily bothering them, despite told to come back. I was told Amazon has the parcels but try again in 2 weeks. Today is 2 weeks and then I was told flippantly it's gone back as it's been a long time for not collecting the parcel(??). I still don't understand what the issue was exactly but they seem really unbothered nor apologised. Gave 2 stars as I dropped off parcels here with no issues previously. Don't send your things here - get it sent to one of the local lockers or to home.

   Would give 0 stars. Opened food that was mouldy. When I went back and showed the shop owner he told me it was in date and not his problem. Rude and arrogant. Serving products that are not stored correctly and a health risk

   No stars actually at all!!! ZERO Rejected my parcel 4 times. Even though I called them twice and they promised to accept my parcel when redelivered! they rejected accepting the parcel again despite promising me they will take it. Now my parcel has gone back to sender and I did not receive my delivery!!! Liars! Shut down already please.

   Rude or ignorance half of the time. Moreover, If your parcel is more than £50 in value it's guaranteed to lost. Both me and my neighbor got parcels delivered to this store, both tracked down as parcel arrived at collection point; however, never received collection notice. Even with a collection code, they say they cannot find them in the system. Delivery company can do nothing but marked down as lost. Shocking.
