   I have been going to Mac for about 3 months and I have enjoyed the classes MAC have to offer. Everything is simplified and it doesn't matter if you are a beginner or anything higher MAC have the classes for you in the marital arts they offer to you. The staff are friendly and very understanding should you have any questions feel free to ask them. I would highly recommend this academy should you want to learn martial arts.

   Our 9 year old daughter has just joined MAC and the first impressions have been spot on. Professional set up, modern equipment but most importantly great coaches who have made my daughter feel at home from Day One. First class and wild recommend.

   Instructors are brilliant with my son & the other children in the Kung Fu cubs group. My son seems so comfortable there after just a couple of weeks. Wide range of classes available so it's quite easy to get to 2-3 classes a week. Students & instructors are friendly, respectful & knowledgeable.

   Having trained when I was younger, it was time to get back into martial arts. Mac is an incredible place to train with instructors at the top of thier game, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, making training a joy. Would recommend Mac Stourbridge to anyone looking to try martial arts

   Cheats !!! Warning !! Stay away. I have lost £580 in one month. I went to their Stourbridge center. They asked for a fee of £200 per month for 2 kids and a deposit of £395 which included first month's fee. When I decided to walk away they offered a reduced fee of £160 per month and first payment of £350 if signed up immediately which I accepted. I had to buy gloves and pads etc which cost another around £80. After 3 weeks they asked for a meeting with another instructor from Halesowen named Leslie. She said that in order for kids to progress to next level (they cleverly name it an "Upgrade") a new fee structure is required. I refused to accept that. She said that in order for kids to progress further towards black belt, more investment is inevitable otherwise they would not make any progress. I stopped going there immediately and raise a complaint via email which they never responded to. By that time they had taken another payment of £160 for next month. However, they are very cunning to take your sign on Standing order form rather than direct debit so you cannot ask for refund via bank. Reported the case to Citizen advice bureau and they referred to Trading standards and sent letter via recorded delivery. Its being investigated. If more people will report them then they will definitely take immediate action. They never gave me a fee structure upfront. So according to them the monthly fee I was paying was for attending the class only. To progress towards black belt, there would be additional fees per month which was never mentioned when I signed it up. Obviously after paying a large deposit, normally people would agree to increase in fee to avoid losing their deposit if they stop going there. If after reading this you are still tempted to go there then make sure you have everything in writing. Also on their website they offer a free one month lessons (as I came to know later) but I was never told at the time of joining. They will show you photos of Bruce Lee and how their top instructor was directly trained by Bruce Lee's student blah blah ... You have been warned ...!!!

   My family and I have been with MAC for the past 12 months. I have to say it is one of the best decisions I made - to join MAC in 2016! We thoroughly enjoy each training session and look forward to it every week. The Instructors and Coaches are very professional; approachable; friendly and excellent in teaching. They are committed in making sure that you excel in your training. They provide a very enjoyable environment to train in! For my daughter in particular - joining MAC has developed her self-confidence; self-discipline; self-protection; fitness; knowledge and skill - attributes which will put her in good stead for her life ahead. An advantage of training as a family is that you can support and encourage each other in your training on the Mat and at Home! For anyone looking to join MAC - I would highly recommend it - even better if you join as a whole family unit!

   My daughter has been attending MAC now for 18 months and she loves it as much today as she did on that first day. When her black belt journey began she was a very quiet and lacked a little confidence and self belief, but now after some excellent training she has become a happy, confident young lady. The environment at MAC is excellent the coaches and instructors are very friendly and professional.The facilities are second to none from entering the modern and well maintained reception to the very safe training area with all available equipment required for a well planned training session.The lessons include a huge amount of variety of martial arts but is also mixed with the occasional fun focus games which all the students enjoy. With the regular grading sessions comes presentation days, themed classes and black belt of the week award. These make MAC a excellent choice in any childs Martial Arts journey.

   My son trains here and i have seen his confidence soar. He has new friends. The lessons are taught in a very progressive and easy to understand way, always pushing new limits and growing. In fact, i was so impressed i joined myself and i am loving it and have rekindled my love for the martial arts after a long break.
