   I had an extremely awful experience at this shop when I dropped off my UPS parcel. After the staff scanned the shipping label, I took a picture of the invoice attached to the package as further evidence. The staff blamed me "You can't take photo in my store". I explained and showed him the picture which was of the invoice and nothing of him or his store. However, he completely ignored my explanation and facts...and to make matters worse he said "No one taught you how live in this country." How horrible and racist? ? Reply: The photo I took isn't of the receipt; it's the customs invoice I attached to the parcel. I need to prove that this invoice was indeed attached when I sent it out, so I can explain to the recipient in case of any potential customs issues in the future. It was ridiculous that you were being rude to me without knowing what I was taking a picture of. Stop covering up the truth with lies. If you think I set you up, you can call the police, but I bet you wouldn't dare because I'm telling the truth. Besides, you have no right to ban me from going anywhere. You also don't have the right to post my photos publicly because it violates my privacy rights. If you do so, I will sue you.

   I had a frustrating experience with this shop's parcel acceptance policy. I dropped off a UPS parcel assuming it would be processed, but I was informed they don't accept UPS parcels past 1 pm on Fridays. There was no prior notice from UPS or any visible indication in the shop about this restriction, resulting in a wasted trip. To resolve the issue, I had to find another shop to drop off my parcel. Not everyone can visit a shop during the day, especially those who work the standard 9-5 in London. If a shop operates as a UPS collection point, they should fulfil that duty and adhere to the stated operational hours. If UPS states that this shop is open as a collection point until 8pm, they should accept parcels until that time. As an eBay seller, I've never encountered such an issue before. It's disappointing and gives the impression of laziness on the shop's part. Clear communication and consistent service are crucial to avoid inconveniences like this. I hope this review provides valuable feedback to both the shop owner and UPS.

   What is even the point of having the Western Union sign out on the street when every single time I was asking to use the service, I was told by the lady “it is not working today, because the Wi-Fi is out”. Just get rid of the sign if you don’t want to or perhaps have no knowledge of how to use the service.

   Been there before 3min and I friendly ask to buy paysafecard as in Internet says I can buy from there.. and the guy was rude and said they will not sell to me.. I ask for his name and he told me Miller. Just very unhappy with service.. I will recommend you to don't go go there if not in big need!!

   I ordered via uber eats, the offer said 2 bottles of red or white. I added a delivery note requesting 2 bottles of red which the store and driver ignored.
