   If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the rudest person I’ve encountered in this area. The service was terrible. I would recommend avoiding this shop.

   I'm shocked to see these reviews! We live very close to this shop and we always go there. Every week, at least once or twice. It's a family business and they are great to my kids, and very friendly with my whole family. They know us so well, they know exactly what we're going to buy and have it ready for us. If I could give more stars, I would give them more. It's a pity they no longer do Yodel, as it was very convenient for me. However, I completely get what they stop it - the shop is not very big and packages were taking a lot of space. On the other hand, I have to say that I've witnessed a lot of customers being extremely rude and racist towards them and they have never raised their voices. They always remain polite, but it's understandable that they have to put their foot down sometimes! Guys, you cannot treat people badly and expect to bend backwards over you.

   Well no shock after seeing all the reviews, but here we go, another 1 star (would put 0 if I could). The guy in this shop is so rude. I barely walked through the door with my package and he’s told me to come back another time. I asked if the yodel system is closed to which he just replied no, end of discussion. Not a single other customer in the store. Don’t know why they do Yodel if they hate it so much - they won’t be getting anyone buying anything with the attitude they’ve got. I live local and definitely won’t be buying anything here.

   Well, I came to share my experience, but I can see I am not the only one! This pick up location should be closed by Yodel, the guy was super rude and didn’t even talk to me just told me to go in a corner of his shop: the parcels are left unattended where we have to search ourselves among everyone else’s. Mine was electronics and any body could have take it. Then when I went to leave they called me back telling me that I was stealing because they didn’t scan it! If they are afraid of theft they should keep the parcels secured instead of staying on the phone. When I told them that, they replied they were not Yodel employee so they shouldn’t bother and were not paid to do this and were receiving parcels only to be nice (!) to their customers. Then they told me to never have a parcel delivered in their shop again, but I had figured that myself already actually. FYI they left me search in a box on the floor for 5 minutes while I am 8 months and very visibly pregnant, classy guys!

   The guy everyone is talking about is extremely rude and disrespectful. Apparently he doesn’t like customers using the shop as a shipping/collection point for parcels but then why are they offering the service in the first place? When I visited to collect my parcel there was a couple before me to collect their parcel. They collected it and left, so I did the same and this guy told me to buy something and not to use the service alone. But he didn’t say anything to the couple before me so surely it’s not a 'valid' rule (it can’t be anyway).. He’s being rude to those he thinks he can be and would probably be nicer to those he doesn’t want to offend by their looks or races. Avoid this place at all cost don’t ruin your day.

   I went to collect an Amazon parcel from this shop and was received by an abusive shopkeeper who went on to intimidate me and talk to me in a degrading/authoritarian manner. Once I collected my parcel, I clearly expressed my disapproval of his behaviour and he responded to me with a swear word: “p***k”.
