    I actually avoid this Majestic. The staff are far too friendly and knowledgeable, I end up spending more than my budget... or doing a collection and then buying more upon collection! They are very aware of your needs and price point, rarely up-selling. Always friendly and well stocked. Their events are especially good here.

    I bought my wedding wine from here. It wasn't a huge order but the gentleman (I don't have his name) gave me the 5* treatment, helping me choose the best wines for the day, giving me a tasting, and then sorting out my order. He then delivered my order and despite an issue at the venue with collection he persisted and got everything in the fridge as well as delivering glasses for hire. I've never been to majestic before but they have a new valued customer at the Twickenham branch. They are all friendly and fabulous to deal with.

    We don’t buy wine anywhere else. Selection is huge and the knowledgeable staff are on hand to help. They always have a tasting section too, with a cross section of wines to try, always assisted by a member of staff.

    Nice wine, helpful service. The team here are really helpful. I had help finding the wine I was looking for. I was given a sheet with tasting notes for all the wines i bought and my wine was carried to the car for me. There were a number of wines open to try. Although I didn't like any of them as they were all old world. Suggestion for improvement - perhaps wider variety of wine available to taste ( new and old world).
