   Studio 5 has been a huge part of my life since the age of 2 and a half to now at 35. I attended classes 4-5 times a week until I went to University, I was involved in all of the pantomimes, exams and competitions and shows. I have learnt ballet, tap, modern, acrobatics, lyrical, song and dance. I have improved my fitness, my flexibility, my core strength and joined the Studio 5 family. It is an amazing dance school, with the best teachers whom always encourage you to the best you can be. I now attend the adults ballet and tap and they are highlight of my week. I don't see dance as exercise as it is so enjoyable and benefits me in lots of ways. Mrs P and her family are amazing and I would encourage anyone looking for somewhere to learn or return to dance to join the Studio 5 family. It will be the best decision you have made in a long time.

   I have had the privilege of dancing at Studio 5 for the last 12 years and have been given the most amazing support and opportunities, from exams to shows and everything in-between! The teaching is outstanding and they're always looking at ways to help you progress. My 6 year old has also been dancing there for the past 4 years and has formed the most phenomenal relationships with her teachers, who have fostered her love of dancing. Her confidence has grown enormously since she started attending, which was very evident in their most recent and wonderful 40th anniversary show. The teachers are absolutely fantastic and put every ounce of time and effort into every single pupil, ensuring that everyone is able to reach their full potenial, both young and old. Studio 5 is more than a dance school, it's a family. I highly recommend Studio 5 to anyone looking to put their child in dance or even begin themselves.

   My daughter was 2 when she first walked in through the magical door and now at 15 she still cant wait to go and dance and perform: this studio as become her second home and family . My daughter has grown into a young lady who is so confident in all aspect of her life and that is thanks to a wonderful principal and staff for given her so much inspiration to follow her dreams . She has had some fantastic opportunities to perform in competitions and shows internally and externally and made many wonderful friends and memories that will last a life time and no doubt make many more. I highly recommend this studio and am so grateful for the hard work and dedication that my child as received over the years and continues to have xx

   I started as an adult beginner in tap dancing with Studio 5 about 4 years ago. I have always felt welcome, included and had fun. Great music, friendship and laughter. Mrs P even gives me the chance of joining the show at the Prince of Wales; great fun!! There is something for everyone no matter what age or ability. So pleased I joined!!! Linda

   In January 2017 my life changed forever! I walked through the door of Studio 5 and never looked back! I joined the adult tap class on a Monday evening and as soon as I put on those tap shoes I was hooked! I went home, ordered my own pair and couldn’t wait for the next class! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and I soon established myself into the studio 5 family! It is so much fun, I have been part of three amazing shows and looking forward to another one in June! It is so lovely to be able to do something so enjoyable and dance is just fabulous! I am so good at it now that I am an Adavnced beginner! Would highly recommend Studio 5 it’s the best!

   Found this studio during lock-down as they offered online classes. Having never danced in my life, I joined the adult beginners ballet and then the tap classes. Made to feel extremely welcome from day one by everyone. When restrictions lifted, classes went back into the studio and despite all my nervousness of actually being in a dance studio it's one of the things I now look forward to most every week. Classes are excellent, Mrs P is wonderful and the ladies are so welcoming and encouraging. The ballet has improved my balance and my posture and the tap is an amazing work out. It's fantastic for your mental health too. The only downside I have is that I didn't join sooner!
