   I ordered two items. The non personalised item arrived without issues, the personalised blanket had to be returned to finish sowing loose tassels. When returned, there was an overhang and tassels has been sown overlapping each other. Quality check failed repeatedly and they justified this under the „handcrafted and unique” excuse. No sort of compensation offered and no chance to finish sowing it their end. Had to pay out of my pocket to take to a seamstress to fix. Having looked through other reviews, I can see this is their standard and not a one off. Not the quality expected of such a brand. I could have ordered the dupe at Temu or Shein.

   Absolutely fuming!! I spent £30 on a personalised bear swaddle blanket for my little one and it’s falling apart they’re are 3 massive holes where the tassels are. I have emailed them to see if I can get an exchange and because it’s over the 30 days even though it’s clearly faulty or made poorly they are doing absolutely nothing about it! So I’ve basically just put £30+ in the bin!! I won’t be buying from you again and I’ve told my family and friends not to purchase anything from this company as well. The funny thing is I had to buy it once I knew what sex I was having (June) and he wasn’t due until October so why would I use it until he’s here so obviously it’s gunna go over 30 days! Don’t waste your money

   Ordered the Teddy bear romper came and was really pleased, sizing is generous so can get lots of use. Did receive the item with a fault but was very quickly resolved. A trustworthy company with lots of great products. No doubt i will be buying again

   I have bought many mora uk blankets and they are all absolutely gorgeous, great quality and they truly are the softest blankets I have ever felt. I have bought them for gifts for friends and family and everyone comments on how cosy and soft they are. The service has always been amazing and they are such great value for the quality. Highly recommend!

   I've been buying from @moraukblankets for over a year now, and I must say they are the most softest blanket I've ever bought, They come in a beautiful box so lovely for gifting someone special. On top of that you can it Personalised too. I would recommend them to everyone. Ps they customers service is on point too.

   What can I say except an absolute EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I ordered three throws but on receipt of them two were a slightly different colour due to the batch being different. I wanted a particular batch as I preferred it and spoke to them about it. The customer service team advised they had two of the batch I preferred and they happily sent me those two as well as a package and return label to send the other i didnt want back at no cost to me. Now if that isn't great customer service then I dont know what is. They cared almost as if I was family. I am very happy with the blankets and they look beautiful on the sofa even my husband say they looks amazing and he never tends to care about anything decornin the house. Thank you Mora I will be using you again . Xx
