   Renoir's staff are brilliant, I had a "night" last night and asked for an alternative route to leave the building, there was zero hesitation and no fuss at all, staff escorted myself, my partner and our friend through the side door AWAY from the main entrance and were quick to make sure we were all okay so, shout out to the amazing staff for keeping your customers safe with a fast response and the ability to make us feel at ease!

   Only 1 because you can’t give none without a review. Staff are disgusting and have absolutely 0 people skills. Will take your money and then refuse entry& try to manipulate their customers

   Been here many times in the past never had any problems. I went earlier today, paid my entry paid for a drink. Was sat talking to a friend when I was suddenly asked to leave. I got up started making my way to the exit to have my drink snatched outta my hand and thrown, to then be grabbed, pushed and dragged outta the building. Someone even tried to grab my legs and carry me out. After they finally stopped pushing me round I turned and asked “what was that about, why was I dragged/kicked out?” For all of them to say they don’t know ask the other guy. So not only do I have no idea why I was kicked out, the bouncers kicking me out didn’t have any idea why they was doing it either?

   Me and my friend went in the nightclub to give it a try as we haven’t been there before, Got in with no problem and pay for the entrance , after about an hour I go out of the nightclub to get some fresh air and when I try to go back inside the tall bouncer ( I can not recall his name) , did not let me in again for no apartment reason. When I’ve ask what’s the reason I am being kicked out for he start mumbling random words that did not make sense at all in the idea of making fun of my accent. He was obnoxious , rude and very discriminative . Surprised he even has a job !
