Came here for my birthday and hadn't been to a bella Italia since I was a kid, lots of gluten free options which was exciting for me! The staff were so lovely with accommodations. Me and my friend had such a nice meal and drink ill definitely be back
We had a lovely dinner at Bella Italia with another couple and couldn’t have been more impressed. The food was excellent fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal, from the starters through to dessert. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and spotlessly clean, making it a really pleasant place to spend the evening. What truly stood out, though, was the staff friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout. They made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. A delightful dining experience all round. We’ll definitely be returning soon!
This is one of my favourite places to go to dine, the food is always fantastic and the service is amazing too, you always feel very welcome, like today our server was Lillie and she was super helpful and friendly.
My wife, 3 month old son and I came on a Thursday evening as we had a voucher we could use at a Bella Italia branch. We were seated promptly and had friendly and professional service throughout by Lillie. The restaurant is family friendly with a clean but warm decor. We both ordered from the 3 course set menu and I had mozzarella sticks, meat calzone and cookie dough with ice cream. All of our food was tasty and of good quality for the price. Would be happy to come again with my family if we fancied Italian style and were in the area.
Both the waitress and manager were friendly and knowledgable about the food. I loved my calamari starter but only liked my spag carbonara as it lacked a little vavavoom in the seasoning department. Was a bit quiet atmosphere wise as it was a lunch visit, strangely no music was being played. Perhaps some light traditional background music could have helped the ambiance?? Overall good but not great at the £20-£25 per head price point. Zizi was better in this price range.
Visited for first time . Ordered Caesar.salad that was sat in the kitchen for good 10 mins , and has been served with cold chicken to me. Had to complaint for new portion which took them even longer time. Food quality not great for the price you pay. However the issue with the cold food has been rectified by the manager by offering a discount. Thank you.
Visited for the 2 for 1 tastecard offer for 1st time, very nice polite staff, seemed nice and clean except my spoon that was still dirty, food was nice but expensive for what it was, £4.19 for a pint of lemonade is abit much, £4.39 for coke. £3.99 for 2 scoop ice cream, the licorice and blackcurrant was very nice.
A very nice evening to celebrate my birthday with excellent food. George was very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure I had a good birthday. Thanks again!
Ellena was lovely! Really friendly and helpful. The food was really nice too. Good atmosphere, especially for a Sunday night near closing. The set menu had good options and great price at 3 courses for £18.95. Thanks Ellena!
