    I believe the behavior of some bouncers at Rush is giving the venue a bad reputation. A place of business should create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, but unfortunately, my experiences and those I have observed suggest that some of the bouncers are unprofessional and at times rude. Businesses rely on customer satisfaction to generate revenue and maintain a positive image. If this issue is not addressed, it could further damage Rush’s reputation and discourage potential customers from returning. I hope management can take steps to ensure all staff represent the business respectfully and professionally.

    this girls here were grabbed by another man and they turned around pushing us and slaping us and they threw drinks as well for no reason so the bodyguard came and grabbed my friend trying to put him down for no reason we were trying to explain what happened he didn’t want to listen very un preffesional of the bodyguard and he called my friend dc head and tried to fight with him and the next day they didn’t let us in bcs we took photos of them

    Visited the venue and was disappointed by the bouncer's attitude. He came across as rude and unwelcoming. Such behaviour can really dampen the overall experience of a night out. Bouncer needs to pattern up the way you guys handle the situation.

    This place needs to be shut down. Discriminatory policies and evidence of the same is widely circulated online. They refused a Sikh guy with a turban entry (who was clearly not drunk or any risk) with the most ridiculous excuses. Unnecessary and blatantly racist. Limited education prevails - No acknowledgement of British/Sikh history and let’s hopethe bouncers are never in need of a Sikh Doctor or Lawyer in the future.

    Why would anybody want to even go here when your bouncers are manipulative, abusive, egotistical, and very disrespectful, also rather discriminating against mental and physical health unless you're hardly dressed. Not everyone that comes to your club is drunk and the way that your staff (bounces)treat people is disgusting, I'm amazed that they can sleep after the way they treat and talk to people, I don't know how you can even consider yourself a welcoming venue.... Yet another letdown for Mansfield Town,.. all I can say is If you have children going here, maybe give them some self-defense lessons!

    Aesthetically gorgeous! Customer service and reception, disgusting. Could not believe I spent entry fee, expecting a premium experience, to be greeted with staff that clearly did not want to be there. Awful experience and after speaking to management, they didn’t care.

    Door staff didn't let me in. A guy (not a bouncer) came out and out of no where started having a go at me. We got in to a fight and the bouncers attacked me. Stamped on my back while I was on the floor and was continually attacked by door staff and people from the club itself, all for trying to get in.

    Disgusting. Pathetic. Take time to listen. Compassion is the name of the game! I have not been to this place but the news sure was disturbing that I would avoid it. Then again I probably would pop in to see and give this bouncer my 2 cents sans compassion.
