   I recently lost my phone in the ball pit while visiting for a friends birthday (i live a couple of hours away and was going home the next morning). After reading some of the other reviews I expected to never see my phone again, however when I went back 5 days later, the staff were so lovely and helpful and I had my phone back within a few minutes. Could not be happier with how kind the staff were.

   Went in to this bar on a Friday evening where we found out they do 2-4-1 cocktails all night so me and my pals took full advantage of that for a few rounds, they also have a ballpit in the venue which we had a cracking laugh in although it’s much thirstier work than I remember as a lad! The staff were great with us having a great chat while making our cocktails, will definitely be back

   Went here a couple of weeks back with my BIL and his mates. Door staff were a bunch of scowling gorillas at the door. No ‘alright lads’, just dirty looks. Beer was tasteless and flat the bar staff looked at you like they’d just stepped in something nasty. Only stayed for a couple of drinks for obvious reasons. Walked past there on the way home and the door staff were roughing up some of the punters outside. Seemed to be enjoying it too. You couldn’t drag me back to this place. It’s got a nasty atmosphere and the beers naff.

   Do not go here as a black woman, the uncle Tom bouncers will beat on you for simply rejecting their advances. They BEAT women for rejecting them. Imagine being punched in your head for simply saying 'no'. Disgusting behaviour.

   Did not appreciate the attitude and facial expressions that the bar lady was pulling as my partner was ordering drinks, I believe her name was Winnie. Extremely rude for absolutely no reason at all, kept scrunching her face up every time he spoke - will not be returning, my friends also had the same experience with her at the bar. Very unhappy as I usually love this bar

   Had an amazing night, good drinks, good atmosphere but my partner lost his lighter. When I approached a member of staff and they said to message their social media, messaged the day after on both socials, that was 3 days ago and still not heard anything. Tried calling but the phone box is full. Quite desperate to get the lighter back as it’s personalised and he’s desperate so I stop telling him off for losing it.

   Good drink prices (at student prices with valid ID) and music is fire. Being in the ball pit is an absolute blast but if you are specifically coming here for it I would suggest coming on a weekday as queues for it can get long on the weekends/busier times. Place has great potential but needs to get more bar staff on to get through customers quicker

   There were very rude and unprofessional. The worst bar in Sheffield, as an influencer I don’t recommend this place. Always people fighting outside.
