The young shop keeper physically assaulted me because I picked up my cigarettes as the payment was going through. He clearly thought I was going to steal and as soon as the payment went through he started profusely apologising because he just physically assaulted me for no reason. Police have been called.

Poor service, extremely unhelpful and rude! Refused to allow me to collect my parcel, as it was in my wife's name, even though I had the email and QR code, proof of same address and same surname. My wife is currently out of the UK on business so unable to make the collection. Would not recommend this service!
Absolutely terrible service, the owner is very rude and lazy, he made all types of excuses just because he did not want to process my DPD orders, and then was rude to me. I would not even give this place one star! But in order to write this I had to give it at least one star.
Request for dpd service Do not send courier for 3 days You must disqualify from dpd at worst
