Graeme and Team are friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable. The best branch we have come across and very grateful is our local. The Team has even kept the doors open for 2-minutes longer at closing to allow for a quick shop at a last minute shop for a good bottle for date night. Thank you!

We used Majestic Wine Cheam to hire glasses and provide the wine for our wedding reception this past weekend. The service was absolutely brilliant, and the hire and return process was incredibly straightforward. Really friendly customer service! We went here to choose our wine for our wedding and had a good select to taste from. Really enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back to buy wine from this store.
My go-to place for wine. Great for decent quality without paying over the odds, and want something a little different from what the supermarkets have to offer. Very friendly and attentive staff who are well versed in wine and offer spot on advice, even if you're there to buy one or two bottles. Free tastings are always on offer and great for exploring new wines you have not tried before. Has a free "Winify" service where you try a series of different wines to find your taste profile and help you find wine matches.
Enjoyed my visit to Majestic. Helpful staff with no sales pressure and a number of wines and gins to sample. Much more choice than your average supermarket and knowledgeable staff to give advice.
Generally good but are aggressive on the upselling and taste test offers ect. I don't drink so I need to go somewhere the staff know what's up and this definitely fits that criteria but seriously don't like being told to buy six bottles when I only need two for a couple of quid off.
