   Fair comment, but for the shop to open at 9am and at 10.45 not open surely a quick Facebook post or change of hours on Google would be appropriate. ***************** If you have opening hours on Google it would be a good idea to stick to them. Isn't the first time I've called only for the shop to be closed. It is very misleading to your customer's .

   Guy in the shop has a terrible attitude! Took back a faulty blazer 2 weeks after purchase as the stitching in the pocket had completely failed and left a big hole. The guys response was ‘your child must of been putting pens or pencils in that pocket’….. And? Regardless of what’s been in the pocket, the stitching is clearly faulty! I understand they have suppliers and do not manufacture the garments, but instead of offering a replacement like any other reputable retailer would, he offered a ‘repair’ which would have taken a couple of weeks! Sorry but which clothing retailer offers repairs on faulty items in this day and age? My son needs his blazer for school, I cannot wait a couple of weeks for a repair! Had to go elsewhere and purchase a new one. Won’t go back to this place ever again purely based on his attitude!

   Messy and unorganised shop. A young unhelpful girl with ear buds in, happily yawning in my face and staring at her phone for the entirety of our visit and they no stock of what we needed (?) and had no idea of when new stock could be arriving. Pretty useless experience. The chap on the till was helpful on check out, hence the one star.

   came in for trinity bradford uniform, all the workers where rude to me and my family, he gave us the wrong uniform (boys pe kit for a girl) it was all terrible quality. I went back in to get a refund for the uniform they where nasty to me and refused.

   Used to be a good shop a couple of years ago but after having to phone a few times about my order that's was made 12th April 2021 still not delivered emailed a few times asking for a refund but no replies fobbed off when they do answer the phone and still no refund. My order number 6433, I've called numerous times got an answer of not in stock have to wait, got an email off Jacob after trying 3 times to get a response he said the same, I've emailed a good few days ago asking for a refund, no reply, so saying nothing pending is BS just want my money back now
