I have had a bad experience with this solicitors and initially they seemed okay but considering everything i had been through i was probably under the influence of pain killers, I spoke to the Actual solicitor a few times in 6 months and the only other communication was email which considering my own situation it was stressful and not helpful at all. And apparently when I was given the last email from themselves apparently I hadn't given all the information on the medical advice but wouldn't you imagine that should of been in the final email? You know i would of thought that would of been normal practice surely?

*** AVOID *** My daughter and her partner are 'trying' to complete on their 1st home together. However they are now approaching month SEVEN and still being 'fobbed' off with 10001 excuses !!! Surprisingly each hold up excuse, is never a Jackson Lees matter, always someone else. Purchasing your 1st home, should be a truly exciting experience/achievement. Yet this unprofessional company, have made it all a living nightmare.
Still proceeding but worryingly no communication from this company. Emails going unanswered and calls going to voicemail. I seem to also be getting passed around to different solicitors which doesn't help. Expect at least a response within 7 working days out of courtesy and the fact I'll be paying over £2.5k in fees. 06/07: Update: Can't get through to anyone. Tried to speak to a senior manager but informed I could expect a call first thing in the morning. Unsurprisingly no one has been In touch. Their getting my agents mixed up with others and requesting paperwork that was sent months ago. I will update this weekly until I see some progress. But to date this has been extremely stressful.
Gemma and Connor handled our case when we were buying/selling our house. The process took 6 months in total, documents were lost, cheques not sent for weeks after being requested, completion statements were wrong and to top it off they didn't seem to care. We requested contact from their manager to submit a complaint and heard nothing. Would definitely not recommend this firm to anyone.
Please avoid, how this company is operating with in the Law, is beyond me, absolutely terrible, I found them, threatening and very very unreasonable. The only good thing to come out of this nightmare is that, the horrible man , who dragged my case out for nearly 4 years, has retired. That itself is a blessing to the whole of the human race.
