   A wonderful intimate and quiet space to have a drink and conversation! Drinks in-house are excellent value for money. The staff are warm and accommodating. The current Christmas decorations lend a sparkling seasonal air. This place is a so-far surprisingly undiscovered treasure in Belsize Park!

   Excellent wine shop with Very helpful friendly staff. Helping to keep the soul of Belsize Park alive. I’m no longer based in the area but remembered the wine shop next to Costas. PrintLine Etc. So I checked Google maps and found the phone number. It was a great experience to speak to Raul and send a gift from the Wine Rack to a local address. Wine shops are wonderful places to meet people in the neighbourhood. Thanks so much for being there.

   Selma is a wonderful manager in the shop, always attending to her customers’ needs and making them feel very relaxed and comfortable to buy wine at their leisure. We enjoy our interaction with her so much, as do our many friends, and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is to be valued and recognised for her contribution.

   Found little white worms in our wine, shop owner said they were just "crystals". They were literally squirming around when we put the glass down. Also, the most of the wine in the self pouring units were stale and they poured not even 10ml for some glasses when the tasting glasses were supposed to be 25ml. Last little things to add was that they ran out of cards to use for the machines so we had to keep asking for the staff card to use them. Would NOT recommend.

   This is where I get my wine on any given week. I’ve always found the staff to be polite and respectful, though there is one male member of staff who can come off a little snooty if you arrive a little underprepared/indecisive, which can be off-putting. All in all, a decent wine shop for the everyday purchase. If I have the time, though, there are some wine merchants a little further afield which I prefer. The interiors are plusher, staff just seem a bit more personable and there’s a larger range of wines.
