   I went to collect my Evri parcel, only to be told by the staff that they had refused the delivery. However, I can clearly see a photo from the delivery driver showing it was delivered to that exact location. According to the staff, the driver supposedly just took the photo and left with the parcel. Extremely frustrating and by far the worst delivery experience I’ve had.

   We have shopped here for the last 20 odd years! Don and his wife have watched my children grow up. And then their son Ash took the forefront of the business to support his parents. They are all valued members of the community.

   I was insteucted by everi to scan code , print label and give unpacked item to staff but they did not accept unpacked parcel regardless. If they provide service but do not want to comite to it they should not offer it. I had original box but tjey would not even put a tape on it to accept the parcel. Instead I had to take the parcel home and seal the box myself. I would not recoment to use this shop. Not helpful at all.

   A very rude staff that told me to shut up because he did not believe that a parcel could be a private parcel deliver to their shop via evri, he insisted to have a shop name were I repeatedly told him it was a private parcel , even told me to come back the next day I refuse stand my ground and got the parcel at the end , will do a formal complaint to the manager ! If I did insiste god s bows were the parcel will have ended up to , be very careful when using them for parcel drop or pick up if this staff is in !

   Came here to return a parcel through Hermes. They gave specific instructions on how to return. When I did so, the guy at the till insisted I did it wrong, when i showed him the email, he didn't want to read it! Annoying to say the least, ended up going somewhere else. The shop itself is really nice though, just bogged down by how poor they are at managing Hermes parcels.
