Friendly staff with knowledge and a sense of humour. The selection and sheer scope of what they offer is fantastic and there's always something new, which I truly appreciate. I live local and believe that that if you don't use it you may lose it - so please go as so many places like this keep disappearing.
A lovely shop with friendly staff and a really superb selection of craft beers. I was floored the first time I went in here: imported Finback and Equilibrium, lots of Verdant, Cloudwater, Pressure Drop, and plenty more. Their selection of German lagers and Belgian beers is also superb. Massive props to the knowledgable folk working there who are getting these gems in.
Poor Sean the calmest man alive. He was so polite to the most obnoxious customers who had decanted a wine managed to drink most of it but were saying the wine was off. They brought the almost empty bottle, and empty decanter and a bottle of wine from Mark and Spencer!! (What?!!) They were very aggressive and rude but Sean remained amazingly professional. Sean deserves a pay rise!! Happy with my purchase when the owners of a 50000 pounds car ( yes they mentioned it) allow me to be served. They then had a go at me when I say to Sean I'm sorry for what you are going through. No one deserves to be treated that way when working.

The wine selection is great and although I source my wine in France I always grab a few Australian bottles on offer when I'm there which are always a winner with friends who try them The staff are always knowledgeable on wine and beer so make sure to ask!

My favourite place to drop-in and grab a bottle or can of beer to go home with. Superb selection of continental beers, quite possible to drink your way around the world, but you may not remember it afterwards! Friendly staff and good prices.
