Your shop says it opens at 9am. I got there at 9, shutters are still down. Waited until 9.16 - still not open. Absolutely appalling, inaccurate dishonest timing. I’m more annoyed as I had to post something urgently. Update your shop opening timing pls!

My absolute goto store. The only place I can always purchase my favourite brand of beer, there's the odd occasion I find the fridge empty (I tend to buy quite a few each visit) it's always restocked before I actually run out of my supply at home lol, great value for money, It's also my lucky scratchcard shop. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Anyhoo, I've 3 can's left now, be seeing them sometime tomorrow (mon). Goodnight.
Disgusting attitude of the lady working in the shop. Sent off my yodel package. I come into the shop EVERY DAY. I saw my neighbour who said hello and she said take the conversation out of the shop when he and I are PAYING CUSTOMERS. disgusting service and they will never see my money again. The man that works in the shop is lovely. The woman has HORRID customer service!!!! 0 stars.

Ryan’s is supposed to be open at 10am. I got to the store at 10:15am and Ryan’s was not opened. I needed to get my collect plus parcel. I had to wait around for 1 hour before the owner drove up and opened the store. When i went in I was not greeted. I had to say to him that im here for a parcel. He made it seem as though it was all too much to do. I did not only collect my parcel but i also bought something from the store, so i do not know why he was so moody.
Wonderful customer service. Staff are always polite and friendly. Very helpful too. I always go here to collect and drop off my parcels as well as to get some confectionary items too at a bargain price. My favourite shop in addiscombe!
I've been in here a few times, and I find the staff unnecessarily rude. Today it was to drop off a parcel for collect plus. The man sighed noisily , didn't bother to greet and his demeanour suggested that it was all too much of an inconvenience. Granted , I didn't buy anything. However , if the environment was less hostile I may have hung around. The store is not well patronised . There are plenty of of licences that are friendly and helpful.
