Awful. Waited an hour and a half and then they told me by email that my order was cancelled. Nobody answers the phone either. Totally useless!
Absolutel disgusting service! Paid twice but was told we would receive our refund at a later date. Paid 36.00 for coke and a bottle of enj to receive a miniature enj lol girl on the phone was rude!!! Don’t order from here!!!
Fantastic first experience! It was 2.30am in need of a top of drinks in the apartment, my uber app was down so i tried booze-up! The website was so easy to use and it was brilliant to have so many ways to contact the company. I made my order via the "chat" I spoke to "Gina" who gave me an excellent service. I was worried about receiving the delivery as my phone is broken but there was no need as She sent me the tracking link for the driver via the chat and made sure everything went smoothly. The Driver Chris was quick to arrive (20 mins early), professional and friendly. Pros: *many payment options inc chip and pin or cash at the door. *real time map info for the delivery driver. *Prices, are average online alcohol pricing. delivery prices are average competitive pricing for deliveries that are "asap" at silly AM time in the morn (inc the commercial well known sites) *personal service *easy to contact the company. *many options for food, drink and tobacco cover lower pricing and higher quality drinks.
I do not usually write reviews but I was really impressed with the service, while being sceptical at first about it. Live chat gave an on the dot estimation for the delivery time on a Saturday night - being the most busy day you could order. They also responded in less than a minute. Driver gave me a ring when he was around and was very friendly on delivery. Couldn't be more satisfied.
Order was delayed 15 min, tracking our delivery on the map they were obviously busy, i contacted support (chat) spoke to Sam who checked and told me what the ETA would be, 15 min later Boris was at the door just as Sam said. Delayed yes however i can forgive that for the professional and quality service. Sam and Boris = quality professionals
Friendly and fast service. What I loved and respect the most is they way they helped me sort out my banks incompetence when I was charged multiple times. I find this company very professional and always looking to go that extra mile for their customers. Keep up the good work.
This is the best alcohol delivery service online, our party would have ended if it wasn't for Booze up. The driver was very polite and on top of that the alcohol was delivered on time straight to my door. Excellent service, on time and will be defiantly using you again.
