You need to look at how you store room temperature things. You're leaving them in Hot areas. I'll bet money on it. Moldy tortilla, dry Warburtons, stale walkers crisps all weeks apart. Seriously. You're not storing things properly. I do it. Crisps left in warm areas, stale. Dry Warburtons bread well in date?? It ain't good
Hopeless. I had one item to buy and three of the self check out tills failed separately. I then had to queue to pay via one person on the tills. Lots of people queuing no staff??
About as much use as a corner shop. Just to buy the odd thing as it's too expensive otherwise. If there was an Aldi or Lidl there people wouldn't have to drive so far for their shopping and it would be much cheaper
Handy little shop for the area though pricey and I've noticed stock issues recently. Always seems to be a problem with the self service checkouts and it takes a while for it to be sorted out.
Poor customer focus. Place was busy but only one cash till manned and two out of four self service tills not working. No attempt to bring extra staff to counter which is a feature of other Coop stores when busy. Pretty poor show
This Co-op shop is on the main road through Bollington. The car park is not large, but adequate. For a small store it has quite a large and varied selection of good quality products at reasonable prices.
I've just come back from there - I got everything I wanted, and only had to queue for a few minutes! Big 'Thank You' to all the staff who are doing a fantastic job to keep everybody safe, and still have food and groceries on the shelves! I've been a Coop member for many years, and I hope to carry on that way for a long time to come...
Great quality food etc. I never need to go to large supermarkets anymore. The ethics and benefits are good as well. No points to redeem, just money that gradually builds up that you can take off the bill.
