Excellent corner shop! Refurbished and always well stocked! Staff are always friendly, chatty and polite, even though they are quite quiet and mild mannered. Always happy with the service they provide, always smiling and never a wrong word said.
Not sure if the staff know that the world is in pandemic.!! Coupe of staff working this evening, staff member behind the not wearing a mask and coffins throughout my visit, while the other staff member stocking the shelves wearing a mask but not covering his mouth or noise.
I have used this shop for over 40 years, though not always as a Costcutter. The ccurrent shop is badly run, disregards social distancing, staff fail to wear protective clothing, and the shop regularly has no daily newspapers. The stock levels are very high in relation to footfall, how can this be!!!
Just bought my usual pack of 20 cigarettes here. They cost me 86 pence more than at Asda. Expected them to be a little more expensive but this is just ripping the customer of. If you want to pay a decent price , don’t shop at costcutter, the prices are not suggestive of the name.
Customer service by the manager st the till is very uncomfortable. He had an angry demeanour, never smiles and rarely acknowledges the customer., I've never had a thank you from him. Despite this service the service off the lady and the young lad was exemplary I'd have given a 5 for this 2 but the manager would be best to stay in the back.
