   I had a problem with the parcel. They don’t note when it arrived, when it was sent, when it was returned, or whether there was a parcel at all. In short, it disappeared. Ebay didn’t return the money, no one had anything to do with it, and I was left without compensation. I will no longer send parcels through this store.

   Update to original post.. Shop now under new management.... review below relates to previous owner. I have used the shope since it has been taken over and its a completely different experience. Has to be the rudest man I have ever had the experience to deal with. Thought is was a one off but he was just as rude when my daughter unfortunately stepped foot in his grotty little overpriced shop. Clearly has a problem with women in general and feels he has the right to talk to customers like they owe him a living. Please avoid this establishment at all costs.

   Visited today with my child and was told there was a problem bringing the pram into the shop and next time to get someone else to come so I don’t have to bring my pram! So rude, I said well no it’s not going to happen as I wasn’t doing anything wrong he’s my child and I was only dropping off a parcel! Won’t be returning

   Do NOT use for Click and Collect no matter what. Rude guy Doesn't take care of the parcels. Always takes forever to find it, says its not there yet even though its been scanned in at the shop. Last straw was when he couldn't find one of mine. Whilst I waited he served other people multiple times.. Then I see a parcel on the shopfloor.i looked at it was mine. Never been back since and now travel further to Harrison's to pick my parcels up. Avoid

   Found the guy behind the counter to be rude and have a chip on his shoulder! I Thought he might be having a bad day untill spoke with family that live local who have also been on the recieving end of his outburst! Plenty of cheaper friendlier shops of this type in High St
