Don't Go To This Shop. Had a parcel delivered to this shop, When i got there to collect the parcel the extremely rude shop keeper had told me he had refused the delivery and told me i should have come and asked for his permission to have the package delivered there. I have no idea why he has signed up to be a parcelforce collection point. Terrible attitude from the rude old man will definitely stay away from this shop.

The shopkeeper is very unreasonable and rude, no manners whatsoever Gives everyone hassle and problems for no reason Misery loves company He has been rude to me and many others who I know for years I’ve had bad experiences with him which is why I avoid his shop as much as I can Today, he wouldn’t let me pick up my inpost parcels because he was demanding a qr code. I showed him proof from inpost that there is no need for a qr code with inpost parcels, and that the 6 digit code that they sent me is what I need He was being very rude to me , dismissing me and telling me that I don’t know what I’m talking about. Even though I called inpost, who told me I was correct. He gave them to me eventually, after wasting lots of my time, being petty and rude to me in front of everyone and inconveniencing our lives It seems that he thinks his shop is the only one available to us, not sure who he thinks he is

⭐ 0 -Star Review One of the worst collection experiences I’ve ever had. My parcel was redirected without my consent to Premier Somerville instead of Chandra Stores, and when I went there—after paying for travel—the shopkeeper refused to release it saying the redirected parcels aren't his shops and if he releases it, he wouldn't get any commission on those. His attitude made the situation even worse. He was rigid, unhelpful, and spoke to me as if I was trying to claim something extremely valuable rather than simply collect my own parcel with valid ID. I’ve collected high-value items from other places with far less hassle than this. Not only was I denied my parcel due to a system issue that wasn’t my fault, but the way I was treated was completely unprofessional. The lack of courtesy and basic customer service is unacceptable for a shop handling parcel collections. When I contacted Yodel, their support couldn’t give me any clear answers about where my parcel actually was. The entire situation was a complete waste of time, money, and effort. Based on this experience—and seeing that many others have faced similar issues—I strongly advise avoiding this location for any deliveries or transactions. The level of service and attitude I encountered is simply not what customers should have to deal with.

I have used this shop twice and on both occasions the owner has been extremely unprofessional. He is rude and does not seem to know much about customer service. I went to collect a parcel and even though my email stated I needed no further ID he still wanted a driving licence/ passport. I tried to have a conversation with him and instead was told it’s too early for this! For sure I will never be using this shop again. The other shops close by are the complete opposite, they are helpful and know how to talk to each person with manners.

If I could give 0 stars I would, owner is so rude and wanted to charge me an additional £5.50 service charge on top of the £5.50 for the international driving permit. No where else applies this practice. I will be reporting this to the relevant bodies as getting an international driving permit is a fixed price. Went to another shop who did it for me straight away (2 minutes) and didn't charge me an additional fee. Avoid this store at all costs!!

Would give it no stars if I could. The owner is easily rudest shopkeeper in East London and the reviews below is a true reflection of how much of a fraud he is. Very surprised the council hasn't clamped down on the illegal practises that goes down, such as charging for card payments, stocking plenty of out of date products, selling alcohol/tobacco/vape/energy drinks to minors and the space and product placement in the shop alone violates plenty of health and safety laws. If only everyone who left a review took 5mins to email the local council.

Rude bossman, absolutely covers his counter with tens items for sale then proceeds to be annoyed when my parcel won’t fit on his counter. He then slams my parcel on the floor and grunts. Do not recommend coming here and not surprised at the other poor reviews.

Wow, still charging for card payments, and selling alcohol to kids, these people should be in jail! This shop is still charging for card payments, despite reporting to trading standards, food is often out of date, or off even if in date due to poor storage, rude staff, most expensive shop in the area, owner is rude and obnoxious, and as he's still charging for card payments he's actually a thief, avoid at all costs
