    Very unprofessional customer service. Google shows this shop opens at 10:00. I arrived at 10:30 and the shop was still closed. I politely asked what time they will open, but the staff member who was outside started shouting at me, telling me “can’t you see it’s closed?”. I asked again calmly, and instead of giving an answer, he kept repeating that I shouldn’t try to enter the shop. When I said I would leave a negative review, he just said “go on” and walked away. Also, the shop advertises EVRi returns and collection, but almost every time I come here, the machine doesn’t work. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I do not recommend.

    The ParcelShop staff was quite rude and refused to give me a receipt, which left me unsure about the return. It was as if he is not getting paid from Evri. He doesn’t deserve a star at all.
