   In this store, i was browsing for a new bed for my room, which I succeeded in doing, all of the beds in this store are of good quality and fitting for different types of people, I would consider coming again if not for the staff. I would consider the service in this store lacking. Without prior warning, I was told to exit the store, it told to be quiet, (which I was being). I would have tried to, but for a reason I would sum up to my apparel choices, I was told to leave in a manner I would describe as “passive-aggressive” and “unjustified”. I advise that you issue a warning before you make potential customers leave. And for the record, the only reason I was talking was because I was assessing the bed’s quality with a friend, let it be known I am not coming here again.

   Usually companies like this would sell you anything to hit their sales targets, How ever, to be honest they were really good, nothing to much trouble really helpful let you take as much time as you liked and showed you everything from cheapest to dearest whatever you thought best for yourself and didn’t try to change your decision but did advise what was out there, so hats off to the St.Helen’s store. I would recommend them to my family and friends no problem. The lady we had was first rate thanks team.

   Customer service at its best... we where in the market to buy a mattress or a new bed and went to Bensons to get some prices and ideas. We had a good look around before being met by Pat. She asked a few questions and acknowledged what we was looking for. Pat was friendly, polite and took on our little baby girl, who was having more fun trying out the beds than we was lol She took us over to the comfort station (which I do recommend using, before buying a bed). Here we went through all the different ferm setting, and could see on a screen the pressure points of us. As we lay down on the mattress. Medium was great for us We was then shown a few mattresses and also bed frame options, and taken through the savings we would be getting with each option. We settled on a king size legend media bed with the TV that comes up from the bottom, surround, Bluetooth, and aux port. And a matt clima air mattress... this is going to be perfect for Christmas eve, all of us cuddled up with a Christmas film on with our hot chocolates... We cannot wait for it to arrive! Thank you again to Pat, and other members of staff who really give us a comfy experience, especially with our little girl who really enjoyed trying out the beds too (Image is from the bensons for beds website)

   I've never liked liars. One of Benson's sales team just lied to me in order to secure payment, then denied having said what he said when I challenged him on it. ***Update*** After months of waiting, and still no response from the complaint I've raised, the bed has now turned up damaged.
