We absolutely love the bed top quality and very good price wish I had known about this company before because I can't believe the quality for the money made another 2 orders can't wait to get them thank you so much.    Excellent service from Andrew and the drivers. The mattress was delivered to day and both the drivers had the utmost respect for my property and my furniture. Nothing was too much and I am happy ,this is the second time I have purchased from Snugworld always very happy with the service. Andrew is NOT the kind of person to push anyone into a purchase he just lets one try the beds and any questions he is there to answer them and to give advice. Thank you.

   Andy is awesome, very good salesman, remembers everyones orders. The beds are top quality. They will bend over back wards just to get everything right. I wasnt disappointed when beds arrived. The lads took great care to install the beds in each room. After care is second to none. Keep up the good work.

   Purchased a bed from here. Andy the Salesman very nice and friendly.. they assembled the bed for me. Very helpful. Hit a problem yday the joiner in doing wall panelling pulled the bed and loosened the bottom panel. I was absolutely gutted. I’ve phoned here today upset & Andy had offered for someone to come & look and fix it Friday. Excellent aftercare. Would highly recommend

   The 2 stars are for the salesman as he's lovely, great bloke and was as helpful as he could be, the bed bases look the part too. However my fella bought a mattress from here, nearly £600, it broke him. We went to Dreams and got him a new one, sleeps like a baby now. I got the snugworld mattress and it broke me too!! I started to get pain in my neck, shoulders, back and hips!!! Never had that before as I really look after myself. Just be very careful what you but. I now have a dreams mattress and wake up in no pain. Don't buy memory destiny!

   One of the best and easiest purchases I've made. Having recently been completely messed around and ripped off buy larger firms we tried Snugword Beds and were not disappointed. Great selection, the gentleman on site (so sorry forgot his name) was great, really helpful and knowledgeable, fab customer service. Bed and mattress arrived and delivered on time, delivery gents where fab, took shoes off and where very careful. Will 100% be back.
