   What a brilliant company. I bought beautiful ceiling light from this company March this year and I accidentally broke one of the glass whiles cleaning after several months owning it. I reached out to them to see if the could help me replace it. With out any extra cost they sent it to me with in few days. I’m ever so grateful. Top customer service. Thanks Mike

   I couldn't find the right mirror for my lounge and I'd been looking for ages. My friend recommended I have a look at Zurleys as she has a collection of mirrored bedroom furniture from them. Their range of items is impressive. Michael was really helpful on the phone (I'm a bit useless ordering stuff online). My mirrored arrived this morning, it's perfect and was delivered quickly.

   Lovely items, great prices, and 5% discount for new customers that’s the plus, on the minus side, 1.PC attempt. 1 iPad attempt and 1 iPhone attempt, 30 mins messing around and then another 25 mins in their “chat” (it’s painfully slow.) and I couldn’t progress to their payment and it doesn’t give 5% discount for being a registered new customer. They don’t do phone orders so apart from wasting my time logging in, as if logging in for a fifth time on yet another device is going to make a difference then I give up. They obviously don’t want to sell to me so I’ll go elsewhere as after an hour of messing around, their man on chat wasn’t having any of it, should have realised when he didn’t understand the term; “your web page is looping.”

   We ordered an Industrial Style standard lamp for the living room & let me tell you there is nothing standard about it, it is beautiful & really finishes our room off with style. We also ordered 2 bedside cabinets but they only had 1. The communication was great they tried to match another cabinet to the 1 we had ordered but we didn't want that. I cannot fault this company I am so very happy with everything It is a shame about the cabinets but I'm sure there will be something else that comes in to stock that we like.
