   We’ve had a king size bed, headboard and mattress from here and then returned for a small double mattress for our narrowboat. The customer service is amazing and they are extremely knowledgable about the products. I’m due to go back to get another one for our house as I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend. Superb quality and staff. Delivery drivers very good too.

   Dreamers have been absolutely Amazing! I cannot thank them enough. After getting messed around by Dreams with my original superking bed order for 10 months I got a full refund and was recommended by a friend to visit a local company called Dreamers. I walked into this gorgeous show room and saw this gorgeous high headboard winged bed. I spoke in detail with a sales member called Shaun who was fantastic. I had so many questions which he answered, especially about dimensions and fit. He even sent another team member called Wayne to assess the space on the stairs for the bed to fit (which we had multiple issues with Dreams regarding this space) . That was just an extra reassurance for me and this gesture really made me feel at ease and comfortable. I explained to Shaun my issues with Dreams and their lack of customer service and the fact it took 3 different bed styles, design compromises and even a discontinued bed frame just to get our order sent to us. Nightmare). Shaun was very understanding and listened to my concerns about order time and delivery time. After one week I need to add a single bed matress to my order. I spoke with a lovely lady on the phone who was able to process my order and update me on the current details about my bed frame. 2 weeks after ordering the bed, and 1 week after ordering the matress it was delivery day and Wayne and Carl where so superb!. They assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. They were both extremely polite and where very helpful when I asked further questions. They also brought up the single mattress and put it in my sons room as well as putting my current superking size mattress on the bed that they had just built. Over all I would highly recommend this company for beds and mattresses. Their customer service is above and beyond. Everyone I spoke to who had a dealing in my orders are a total credit to the company. 5* star service for sure! Thank you so much Dreamers I will sleep happy tonight thanks to you and your team!

   I chose this company due to their faultless reviews. I ordered a Stuart James mattress and divan base. Had to wait a couple of weeks for it to come into stock which I didn't mind. Lady in the showroom was really helpful, and two great delivery men arrived spot on the time they said they were coming. Definitely recommend this company.

   Bought my new mattress here a couple of months ago. I've shopped here a number of times and the staff are always really helpful and there is plenty to choose from. In my opinion you get quality here as good as anywhere else but they offer great value for money and free delivery. The delivery service provided was brilliant. Would definitely recommend shopping here.

   From walking through the doors and being greeted by Shaun to having the bed delivered and set up the level of service was second to none. Fantastic quality of products at great prices. Well stocked showroom is spacious, clean and brilliantly presented with a relaxed atmosphere. From ordering and paying all wrapped up within a week. Highly recommended Dreamers to any and all.

   Fabulous customer service from all members of staff. After care is amazing too! A very warm welcome from Lewis followed by Shaun made the experience of choosing the right bed a pleasurable one. Shaun is incredibly knowledgeable about beds and, after asking questions about preferences, explains which bed would be most suited. After trying out the beds in the well stocked show room, the efficiency of the paperwork is excellent as is the delivery time (only waited a week for both delivery and installation of my new bed!) There was a slight issue with one of the drawers which was dealt with incredibly well in a very efficient manner. Good sized car park with disabled bays too. Excellent throughout! Thank you all so much!

   My new bed got delivered and installed last week. It is a sleigh bed with Chesterfield quilting effect on the head and foot. I had only seen a black crushed velvet one in the showroom and picked cream fabric with buttons from a fabric swatch book (slight gamble having not seen/felt the fabric upholstery in full). I needn’t have worried, this bed is absolutely stunning. The finish, the quality, the fabric.. the sheer size of it (kind size). It is so luxurious I am over the moon. My mother took delivery for me and she said the delivery men were so professional in their uniform, covid masks, took their shoes off to protect my carpets and were really pleasant. There was a slight delay in the manufacturer delivering to Dreamers, which was out of their hands, but it was so worth the wait! I’m blown away by this bed. Lovely company to deal with. Excellent sales team., customer service and products. Highly recommend this company.
