Worst experience ever. Went there on Thursday for dhl service but poor service. The lady doesn’t know how to do it and her man was not there. She called him and he asked £50 cash and said he will do it when he will be back at 8pm. I told them it’s only £38.90 I have to pay according to my parcel package but she couldn’t understand English properly and keep on asking for £50. Well I left and did today from bexleyheath. It’s not convenient for the customer when they claim that they have the service but couldn’t use when needed. I walked all the way there with crutches and have to be back with nothing.
