   I shopped at Sainsbury’s in Culceth while visiting my son. I had quite a bit of shopping. I couldn’t see anyone on the checkout. I asked the assistant who was working in the self checkout where do you pay. She said there are only self checkouts open as they were short of staff. I said I don’t know how to use it. The store assistant put my shopping through for me. There were quite a few people in the store who like myself don’t use the self checkout. I would recommend that you employ more staff rather than running the store on a shoestring, otherwise you will loose loyal customers

   The store is now 99% self service at the till so for me, I will not be using that store again. Especially as the only proper till is shut.

   Many people are now caught out by the parking restrictions. It seems to cover two car parks with some sort of no return policy and has caused a lot of mither with local shoppers. The shop and staff are great but be careful where you park and how soon you return or whether or not you use the other car park afterwards. Both are managed by Horizon Parking and they are giving out tickets willy nilly.

   Quite a lot of shelfs on my visit needed restacking, staff always friendly and helpfull as ever. There is however a shortage of disabled parking especially when non disabled people occupy the spaces.
