   Recently bought a bed from here. We were served by Ashley who was really helpful and really looked after us - an excellent representative of the company. We were so impressed with the level of customer service that we returned and added a mattress to our order. We will definitely return to this store the next time we are shopping for a bed.

   Well - another successful trip back to Dreams to purchase some more beds for our growing teenagers! We’ve previously kitted out our daughter’s bedroom and bought ourselves a Tempur mattress. Seriously don’t know how I ever slept on anything else!!!! We got that on a plan to make it more affordable. This time, we purchased a small double divan, a mattress and a headboard for our son’s bedroom, as he wants to fit a desk in too, and he hasn’t got a large bedroom. I didn’t bother shopping around as I know that I will get the best deal at my local Dreams store, and I can see what I’m buying. We took advantage of the sale. Well worthwhile. Kevin at St Helens was very helpful!! We like how we can use the sleep machine to assess the best mattress to buy. Thank you! Again!

   I had an amazing experience at Dreams recently. I was feeling very nervous when I went in as I had a recent disaster with another bed company. Ashley came over to me and listened to all my woes. I explained that I didn't want anything other than a medium mattress. That it mustn't be orthopedic, too firm or anything invented by NASA. Just a normal comfortable mattress. He very kindly listened and then took me on a tour of the showroom showing me all the different mattresses, pointing out all one ones he knew I wouldn't personally be happy with and all the ones I would like. It was a very difficult decision but I eventually settled on the Burford. It is the most lovely comfortable mattress imaginable and I am very pleased. My only regret was that I didn't come to Dreams before I wasted a lot of money, time and stress with this other company. Dreams has a 60 day returns promise for extra peace of mind, which I won't be taking advantage of as I am so happy. I will always shop at Dreams from now on as the service is so brilliant. I can't thank Ashley enough for helping me get the best night's sleep I've had in a long time and restoring my frayed nerves. X

   We popped in on a whim last Sunday to buy some new pillows and ended up walking out with a mattress too, all thanks to Declan! He was super helpful and made the visit really easy. What we appreciated most from Declan was that there was no pressure or pushy upselling, he gave us all the info we needed, explained the options clearly, and left us to decide for ourselves which is exactly what we look for when making purchases like this. He didn’t force the pricier options on us that we didn’t want or would need like most people would do, he gave us all the facts so we could go away and have a think so we could make our own decision. We actually went back in about 10 minutes later to get the mattress he mentioned because the way he explained it sold it to us and again, no pressure, just helpful info that made us feel confident in what we were buying. Top-notch customer service and now we’ve got a comfy new mattress after many years and fresh pillows to match. Thanks Declan! Credit to the company.

   Only went in for a mattress for the mother in law to try and buy and ended up buying a TV bed, fantastic service by Andy and his team, made us feel very welcome and treated us with the upmost respect, mother in law tried out the sleep master to find out which mattress suited her best, gave us all tea and coffee, would highly recommend dreams for the service and friendliness.

   Bit apprehensive on going to Dreams on seeing previous reviews. WOW so glad went. We had seen Mattress online in Sale, just what wanted. On entering store we began looking for Mattress. James came over asked if we required any information he was at desk, then left us to browse. Found Mattress and decided to test out, James came over and offered us pillows to test properly. We asked what delivery availability was, James checked, 6days. Just what wanted, so comfy, great price and availability. We getting delivered on Wednesday. The customer service we got from James was excellent, what a lovely young man. Even got complimentary hot chocolate while browsing Store. We would highly recommend Dreams and will definitely be going back
