    So unfriendly and unprofessional. I went in to use the evri return service. Online it says the shop closes at 10pm. I went at 9.50pm and he said he's closed it for the day. I tried to explain about the listing online with the times etc. but before i could finished he'd taken his glasses off and really aggressively asked if I was calling him a liar. I really didn't expect this kind of response. I moved into the area about a week ago and won't be going back. Tesco espress offer the same service so I will go there next time. Disgusting behavior.

    Absolutly awful customer service. Went to return a parcel via Evri and the owner refused to serve me as I am not a paying customer and said that he will not help me until the shop is empty. Gave benefit of the doubt and tried again a few months later, and the exact same thing happened and he done the same thing. Have therefore avoided going to this shop and have told all local friends and family to avoid this shop and to not fill his pockets with any profits. Shame I can't leave minus scores and am having to leave a 1 star as he DOES NOT DESERVE this

    All of a sudden closed for over a week now, with no information as to why its closed. Phone number from Google doesn't work so who knows what's happened to this place. Would be good if they could let locals what is happening via signage note on the shutters.

    This place is a designated UPS parcel pick up point. What a joke. I try to drop a parcel off Saturday afternoon and they say ‘there’s no pick up until Monday, you will have to drop it off Monday because we don’t have the room to store it until then’ Why provide the service if you can’t fulfil it. Complete waste of space this place is.
