   I went to this shop and one of the staff there accused me of picking or knicking an item. What happened, I went to the shop was unsure where baby milk was, I asked him and he showed me. I went to the aisle and did not find the particular brand I wanted. Suddenly, he followed me and accused me of picking something out of the shop. I am not sure why he followed me, my skin colour or something else. But you need to teach your staff some ethics and give them training. T for tenks

   Love B&M and the staff are amazing! Especially Kate, who saw me struggling with a few items and helped me to the tills (this was after her shift had ended as well!) Super grateful and such a lovely gesture. I've seen Kate a few times cleaning in the mornings and she is always so happy and chatty. Big thank you! Also Nathan on security is so kind, sweet and always happy to help, nothing is too much trouble. Great staff!

   Great shop that moved into the building once occupied by Dunnes. Laid out in a similar style to the Rochdale and Bury branches. We had a couple of questions and the staff were delightful. You can get some really neat items here. We have never had the need to return anything - as everything is of relatively good quality.
