   Purchased a Hypnos mattress for £1200 in June it was delivered mid July wow not what I would expect. It was a used damp damaged dirty mattress and the packaging was covered in bird pooh, I asked the delivery company to take it straight back but they refused, my old mattress was in a lot better condition than the one they left. On sending images of the said dirty mattress to land of beds they said they would order another and compensate us. After contacting Land of beds by email and phone with promised return calls which never happened we had to threaten court proceedings in September because the mattress still had not been exchanged and no one was bothering to keep us updated either. We had our mattress delivered yesterday 24th of September original order date 12 th of June. Land of beds made no effort to contact us about this delivery we just received a text from the delivery company the day before that it was being delivered. We never received any compensation that they promised for all this hassle and grief. The customer service is shocking and it was a terrible experience to which I do not recommend.

   Darren and Tony did a great job, thought it may have been a tough job with the bed and mattress being super king size but they made it look easy. Will be buying from Land of Beds again. Fab choices and will last us a long time too, quality amazing!!

   Don't buy from Land of Beds. Their aftercare is a sham. Expensive mattress has totally failed after 5 years, it has a 10 year warranty but they refuse to do anything about it. Sent an inspector who didn't even inspect the damn thing and then have the nerve to tell me mattress is fine no issues found.

   Terrible customer service. Bought a bed and mattress on 23rd May 2020. When it hadn't arrived within the specified time frame went into store to find out if there had been a delay. Was promised someone would look into it and ring me back but this didn't happen. A further 5 calls 2 twitter posts and still no bed or mattresse 3 months on. Very keen to take your money but empty promises in terms of finding out what the delays are and getting back to you. Have been a loyal customer for a number of years but won't be using again.

   Spent over £1000 in store on a mattress. Was told it would arrive Tuesday and it never came. No explanation as to why. At this point we had disposed of our previous mattress and had to stay at a relatives with our 2 week old baby. Called customer service the next day who could not give me a reason as to why this had happened and didn't seem particularly motivated to resolve the situation. After us directly chasing the courier they apologised for the inconvenience but advised they could not deliver the mattress now until Friday. We called customer service and asked for a financial gesture of goodwill as at this point for no fault of our own we had wasted annual leave and had been hugely put out by their error. Emily advised she would speak to her superior and come back to me which she didn't. I chased on Monday after having our bed delivered and we were offered a mere £30 deduction which to me is insulting. I would not recommend land of beds to anyone and would go as far to actively detract people away from them now. Very disappointed.
