   When i visited this store to drop off my parcel he rejected to accept the collection, saying my boss said no to big parcels, even though it was way under weight and height limit. Whenever I visit this place to collect any parcel I see staff always on the phone. Recommenced to not visit this place for any parcel collection or drop off they cause to much inconvenience.

   Offered as a drop off point for my dpd parcel so booked a slot. On arriving however I was told that they do not accept larger parcels (no size restrictions provided) and I was left to find an alternative option (after lugging my parcel in the rain). Attitude of server also very poor. Have fed back to dpd and will not use again.

   Was given details of this shop as Amazon drop off so I turned up with package. The man behind the counter tells me that it hasn't been working for 3 months. Instead of trying to listen to my questions, he simply says, "Not my problem". I find it appalling that people who sell goods to the public should have such a mercenary unhelpful attitude. Only thing we can do to get rid of them is not support them by buying elsewhere. Avoid this shop if possible and support local business who are helpful and provide a good service I say.

   As a regular customer, Ive spent a lot of money in this shop, they sold me a faulty lighter and would not refund or replace and only offered £5 off for a lighter I can’t use. Terrible service

   Only been to this shop once but what a lovely Gem in harrow , yes I also found the customer service quite good . Going there this afternoon to buy three cigars for my dinner party this evening , I know for a fact they hold good stock and being local I like to support local traders even if they are a little expensive still worth it . Keep up the good customer service that’s why we like coming back .
