   Review for Launderette in same building and floor as the Pan Shop - To the owner (Star Pan Parlour): Please fix your washing machines and dryers and provide proper instructions on machines (incl. gently put in coins even if we are in a hurry/stress as the coins pop out . Till date the £7 washing machine only ran for 10 mins even though says 35 mins (and now set as Out Of Order) so have lost out on time. Till date £1 per 6mins dryer only ran for 3mins even though it should for 6mins. When I have brought this up with Star Pan Parlour the owner he blames it on the customer and gets argumentative. Following from this he then speaks in Gujarati/Hindi with the staff of the Tailors and Barber shop on-site about the customer very rudely and ridiculing, assuming the customer does not understand Hindi/Gujarati. Respect works both ways. Along with, when I had initially come to the launderette I asked for change. I had a £5 note all I needed is £1 coins. But instead got told I need to buy something and that he does not provide such a service. However, recently when 2 20s girls came to use the launderette he happily gave firstly £1 coins for £5 note and then 1 hour later more £1 coins for £20 note - Gender Discrimination. This type of behaviour towards customers does not happen in more predominately White parts of London.

   Worst paan ever plz do not waste your time, he puts random things but does not put any gulkand in it. Its dry and makes you feel like throwing up immediately

   SHOPKEEPER USED ABUSIVE LANGUAGE! I tried a meetha pan, this who made the pan forgot to put gulkand, I said softly that please add gulkand as you have forgotten it, so he started yelling at me saying that, of you don't like it you can go somewhere else. I don't need customers, I have a lot of customers. So he was so rude and used abusive language. Worst place ever! I don't recommend it to anyone.

   Quantity in mawa only half portion n very poor n bad customer services no respect to customers n talking about his money problems to me which I am not interested tell me he doesn't have it if business not surviving he can decide to close the shop not interested in his stories no good place for me to buy panssrm law should investigate in this shopnevrr to to the star shop bad n rude man n stocks empty never to to star shop he sounds like a real crook from what he told me best for him to close the shop

   There are other pan shops available in Wembley who provide good customer service. These crooks don't know how to speak with customer. They still believe that they are back home.
