   If you get the girls in foreign exchange things are fine. The obnoxious man is a different deal altogether. Rude , unhelpful & totally arrogant. Avoid!

   Very friendly store with excellent service from Roger and the team. Great rates on currency. A really wide range of unique and beautiful jewellery. I’ve used their repair and cleaning service annd everything’s always come back in great condition. Have recommended to friends and family and would say the best FX I’ve ever used - fair on prices and lots in stock.

   Helpful staff and responsive Dealt with request to obtain quotes for my Ukraine guest's necklace repair. Manager went above and beyond to obtain onyx and repair the necklace. He offered the latter free. Unbeknown to him my Ukraine guest's mother had passed away at New Year and it was really important to her to have the necklace repaired. Thank you

   There is war & peace and then we have my version of War & Peace pawn broker!! Firstly, I have to say as I speak from the heart that please ignore Polly Chan 1 star from 3 years ago!! I don't know what she was taking but I can 100% guarantee you that she has not shown a true reflection to Cashpoint Didsbury!! Moreso to Roger & his amazing staff who were so welcoming and friendly, it was customer service above and beyond. I think Polly needs to go have a word with herself in a mirror. This is the real review of Cashpoint Didsbury. I've got a few wcollections of coins, masonic, pewter, gold etc just in a cupboard and I thought time to sort and get advice so I rang and made an appointment with Roger and of I went with my bag. Being a virgin pawn shopper I wasn't sure what to expect but I was blown away by the very friendly smiles on the ladies as I went in and greeted me.... that alone speaks volumes. Then I met Roger and it was an immense pleasure to meet him and talk about the items I have. Many may think that pawn brokers will try and swindle you. I guarantee you that after spending 15 minutes with Roger, what a great pleasure it was. His knowledge is mind blowing, he didn't even have to touch it and he knew what metal it was etc. Put it this way, he wants to help you and the advice etc he gave me and the best things to do was the best advice. He went out of his way to chat about myself the items and he took a real interest, not once was he bored but he appreciated me being in his store with the items I had. After his advice he gave me some fantastic help and said something I've never heard before. He said if ever you are passing, pop in and say hi!! He is genuine and honest and that speaks volumes. I highly recommend Cashpoint as its the best customer service ever the staff all friendly and polite. It was a great experience and privilege to be seek advice from Roger. Forget David Dickinson and his real deal!! Get yourself down to Rogers Cashpoint pawn broker as thar is where the true real deal is. I will certainly be going back.    I have visited this shop for more than 5 years and often introduced many friends and relatives to patronize. But today it is disappointing because The Boss has spoken to me .He also cries out loud and shouting at me. I will not go to patronize again.
