   As a cigar smoker I have tried many different vendors to simply find affordable cigars and the cigars I want to smoke. Sometimes we are forced to use more then one place because of different availability. I have used cgars 3 times now I think and every single time it has been a second to none experience. Fast delivery Well kept stock Amazing customer service I look forward to trying some of their exclusive cigars which will come in due course I prefer my cigars to my own humidity so they will rest for a while to be at my optimum before smoking.. Well Done Cgars and all involved

   SHOCKING service I have 3 shoe shops and have vast experience in dealing with picky, tricky and sometimes difficult customers. This is also the first time I have ever left anyone or any business a review but felt forced to share my thoughts as I am utterly taken aback at the service provided. Firstly I’d like to state that this is not the first time I have used CGARS, I have indeed spent plenty of money with them before. On this occasion I bought 2 montecristo no2s, a cigar stand and a colibri cigar cutter. Upon delivery, I emailed CGARS that the release button on the cutter was faulty (attaching pictures aswell) - Someone should have checked before dispatch but no problem, these things happen. They emailed me back that they would send me another cutter along with a returns label for the faulty one. Lovely I thought… a few days later my parcel comes… another faulty release button and also no returns label for the previous faulty cutter! So I email them again (again with pictures) Michelle Brown (the lady I’m dealing with) barely apologises with no explanation as to why such poor service has taken place. She then decides that apparently the release button should be bent, angled and faulty. Oh and that maybe I should buy another cutter. I’m so stunned by their lack of service that I don’t even want my money back, I will just proceed to send them one cutter back and the other I have paid for, I will just throw in the bin. Disgusting.

   We visited this gem of a place on the 14/07/22 for a sampling of cigars and whiskey. This was hands down a fantastic experience from start to finish. We was greeted by two gentlemen who both had a great knowledge on whiskey and cigars and their recommendations were both spot on! The place had a great atmosphere which amplifies the overall experience tenfold. It was a pleasure to be in the company of great people, Much memories made! Many thanks!

   I’ve used these folks online now for around 6 months and I’ve not got one bad word to say. The customer service is impeccable and quick. The attention to detail, the care and level of professionalism that goes into my cigar delivery and care is outstanding. I had a badly constructed cigar, so I emailed the customer service and I was given three options. A refund, a replacement or a similar priced cigar. No fuss. No interrogation on my return. No third degree and asking to return the cigar. The rep just asked what I’d like and I had a new cigar in my next order that was shipping. (I chose the same cigar) and that just shows you the excellent level of service from Cgars. Be careful, because you could spend a LOT of money there and be very happy. All in all, a great place that I will do business with for money happy years to come.
