   I don't even rate TSG as a one star. Had to put one to be able to leave a review. They left me without heating during the snow for nearly 3 weeks. No communication unless i chased them. I've got children and was left without heating for four days. In the minus temperatures. Until finally had electric heaters delivered. I've contacted TSG and received one email from complaints manager to which I've had no other response. So sent another email and still nothing. The snow was in November and were now in february. Disgusting service. Disgusting customer service. No sympathy or remorse. Cowboys. I'd stay well away from this company!!!! My heating still not right surprise surprise cancelled appointments to come fix it. Also left me with the huge part they changed when they changed it to dispose off. Absolutley disgusting behaviour. Deffo rate minus stars!!!
